I have been wanting to teach this class for many years. I proposed it to a few universities and they did not think they could fit it into their curriculum (or couldn't due to funding issues).
It is a topic that I hold near and dear and I would value any feedback on how to improve it or if I should in fact try to run it as a MOOC or alternatively if your institution would like/need a course like this.
